These are limited-edition items. Returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
Items shipped internationally are non-returnable. -
Defect Handling
If there is an issue with your product, email us atsketchfactory@naver.comwith detailed photos that clearly show the defect. -
Refund Eligibility

CLEARLINE Pen: Refunds are issued only for the number of defective pens.

Y- Ruler: Refunds are issued only if the item is broken.

Pencil Case: Refunds are issued if the pencil case is damaged during shipping.

Refund Process
After reviewing the submitted photos, if the defect or damage is confirmed, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete.
